Make Every Step a Rep.

Wear 15 minutes a day for the first 3 days to get used to the stretch, then simply work the slides into your everyday routine. For example, slip them on right when you wake up, after your gym workout, or during your nighttime routine. Or all of the above.

1. MIDFOOT PAD

The midfoot pad gently spreads the toes to improve blood flow and relieve recurring inflammation, pain, or numbness from compressed nerves and hardened tissue.

2. LOW-RISE ARCH

The low-rise arch prevents excessive flattening of the foot and resulting fatigue while also keeping the foot in the correct position over the pad and massage ball.

3. MASSAGE BALL

The massage ball breaks up stiff, hardened tissue and restores normal blood flow which increases flexibility and strength and helps prevent conditions like plantar fasciitis.
