How Do These Slides Feel On Your Feet?

When folks first try on a pair, the phrase we hear most is, "Wow. These are way more comfortable than I thought they'd be!"

While individual experiences differ, most folks immediately feel the soft pressure of the heel ball and meta pad. Similarly, after the first few steps we often hear, “Oh! That’s like a serious massage!”

In general, we recommend easing into the slides, getting acclimated to the stretch, wearing in 10-15 minute stints over the first few days until you find your groove, then sliding them on as often as you want.

Yes! In fact, wearing them every day is the recommended use, ideally as part of a regular health and fitness routine.

The 3 key pressure points are designed to moderately activate the muscles and mobilize the joints and tissue in your feet over time.

Unlike more complicated or intense products on the market, the Flex 3 Recovery Slides strike the perfect balance between comfort and function. Simply wear them on a regular basis to help ensure your feet are effectively stretched and feeling stronger every day!

That's entirely up to you! That said, it also depends on the socks - specifically, are they thin and lightweight or thick and cozy? In general, thicker socks will slightly reduce overall engagement with the 3 key pressure points, but it's really just a personal choice.

Regardless, wearing the Flex 3 Recovery Slides on a regular basis is the goal — consistency is key! So if you prefer socks, go for it. Or not. Do whatever works best for you and your feet!
