Standard Fit: The width of our slides are “standard” and fit most folks with average midfoot width and dorsum (top of the foot) height.
Between Sizes: We recommend sizing down. For example, if you typically wear a US M10.5, order a 10. Or if you typically wear a US W8, order a 7.5.

The Flex 3 Fulcrum are manufactured using a single custom Last with an expanded toe box and produced in a single size run. All slides are scaled accordingly — the strap fit in the smaller sizes is appropriately more snug than in the larger sizes.

When selecting your size, please note options show a combined men's and women's size (M#/W#). For example, a men's 5 is a women's 6.5 (M5/W6.5). And a men's 8 is a women's 9.5. (M8/W9.5). You get it.

If between sizes, we recommend sizing DOWN, because fit matters here more than on flat slides. The three footbed features are positioned to hit specific areas of the foot, so slides that run long or short puts them in the wrong place.
What about wide or narrow feet?
Here's the truth: while our toe box is technically wider than most footwear, it's likely not wide enough for truly wide feet. The opposite is true for narrow feet: our expanded footbed is likely too expanded for folks with truly narrow feet.
Fact is, footwear sizing will always leave a group of folks out of luck, especially because feet come in all shapes and sizes, even on the same person, including when their feet are swollen after a race or when wearing thick socks or cold from a swim.

Heel Ball A raised dome situated just ahead of your heel. It presses along the back of the plantar fascia, the band of tissue running under your foot, in exactly the spot you would go after with a massage ball. This is the pressure point people notice first.
Meta Pad A teardrop-shaped rise sitting just behind the ball of your foot. It lets your metatarsal bones spread out across the width of the footbed instead of staying packed together like inside a closed shoe.
Low-Rise Arch A low, contoured rise along the inside edge of your foot. Deliberately not a big orthotic arch, it supports without overcorrecting, and its other job is keeping your foot lined up over Heel Ball and Meta Pad while you walk, stand, and otherwise keep going.

Most people initially feel the Heel Ball and Meta Pad, in that order, and get used to both within the first few wears. Start at twenty to thirty minutes and build up. The footbed is firmer than foam on purpose, and that firmness stops registering once your feet know what to expect.
Yes. Depends on you and your feet and your day-to-day. Once they are used to them, plenty of people wear them as their go-to footwear, especially at home and between training sessions (to the gym, from the gym, etc.). Entirely up to you.
These slides are as waterproof as all other EVA foam footwear. The difference is, these are designed with 5 unique pieces glued together, so if you completely submerge them in the pool or take a long shower in them, water will likely get into the spaces in between. They'll eventually dry out, but you may have to deal with some temporary squeaking.
